Luis G. Cortez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VETPRO Construction CA, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business committed to delivering dependable construction services across Southern California.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Luis served as an Infantry Rifleman with 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines and completed extended combat service during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, he combined his military leadership, business education, and construction expertise to build a company founded on integrity, discipline, accountability, and excellence.
Today, Luis leads VETPRO with a mission to provide dependable, high-quality construction solutions for government, commercial, and residential clients, approaching every project with the same commitment to precision, professionalism, and mission-focused execution that defined his military service.
